About Jane
In both her music performance and in her healing artistry, Jane offers a beautiful experience that relaxes the mind, soothes the heart, nourishes the soul, and inspires the imagination.
In her healing practice, Jane helps spirit-centered men and women in a health or personal crisis to receive a renewed perspective of their situation, pain relief, accelerated healing, and an experience of blessing and grace.
Jane also offers teaching and mentoring to harpers and healers who want to deepen their artistry, learn to be bards, bardic healers, or Reiki practitioners, or who yearn to discover what it might mean to become a deer singer or follow some other magic of their heart.
Jane’s healing practice is grounded in the Reiki-Seichim lineage of energy healing. Offering Reiki since 2003, Jane received her Master-Teacher Training in 2006. In her practice she combines energy healing artistry with other modalities, calling upon sound healing, nature therapy, healing music, and narrative medicine as the client’s needs suggest and inspire. Jane considers Reiki to be like a silent form of music that helps the client harmonize to her own healing nature, and to the lovingkindness woven in all creation.
Jane has musically adventured with the harp since 1987, performing and recording with the Pacific Coast duo Spookytree, and–as a Reiki Master-Teacher & Sound Healer–offering energy healing and healing music in not only her private practice and but in performance as well.
Whether in concert, with community, or one-on-one Jane’s improvisational style is light-hearted and responsive, connecting us to the beauty and blessing woven into each of our lives, replenishing us in any moment and restoring our sense of strength, resilience, and inner peace.
